Puxico Nursing Center

In 1974, the small community of Puxico was given the opportunity to provide a local long-term care facility for their loved ones that allowed them to remain close to their families.  To this day, Puxico Nursing and Rehab Center remains a pillar in the community.  We take pride in our cozy, homelike environment and invite you to visit, take a tour, ask questions, and experience the difference when hearts and hands care.  We firmly believe in the philosophy that the best place to be is together.
